How to Make Violin | DIY Violin Guide

How to make a violin at home. In this post, I would like to guide you through all the steps I followed to make a violin. Then I’ll share with you the reason I built this, my experiences, what Kept me moving forward when I lost confidence, and some of my mistakes which you are advised to avoid, and then I will answer some frequently asked questions related to violin. Let’s get started. This blog is all about renewable energy projects. However, every once in a while I do some hobby projects. This year I got a chance to join a violin class with my friends Sanal and Aswin. And guess what, we joined an institute. Check this on Amazon https://amzn.to/3ufFjI8 When I got this chance to hold these amazing musical instruments in my hands I felt a strange inspiration to make one of them. Even though I am not good at woodworking and acoustics I decided to give it a try. But I had no idea, where do I begin. How to Make Solar Cell From Copper Sheet

Today, I’m going to write a post on How to Make Solar Cell from Copper sheet. This project is an old one, I did when I was in 10th standard. Since I’m planning to build a serious blog content, it is extremely useful if I share my experiences here. Then, why waste time.

You need two pieces of copper sheets. Similar in size. 4-6 inch in width. Then clean both surfaces of both copper plates throughly.

Steps to Make Solar Cell

Step 1: Firstly, You need two pieces of copper sheets. Similar in size. 4-6 inch in width. Then clean both surfaces of both copper plates throughly.

Step 2

Secondly place one of the copper plates on a hot plate. I suggest you to use a hot plate instead of gas stove to get perfect oxide layer on both surfaces of the copper plate.

Step 3

Thirdly, As the copper heats up you can see varying shades of red, pink, purple, and possibly other colors. This is a sign that oxidation is taking place. Oh Great! But, be very careful with it.

Step 4: When you finish cooking the copper, turn the burner off. Leave the copper on the burner to cool. This allows the copper to cool very slowly. The semiconductor is ready.

Step 5: Prepare An effective electrolyte solution from 1:3 salt to water ratio. Now, place the two copper plates into the container. One is oxidized and other is clean copper. Place the container in sunlight and connect alligator clips to each copper sheets.

Step 6 : Finally, Connect the copper sheet with cuprous oxide layer to the clip that will lead to the positive terminal of the multimeter. And the clean copper sheet should be connected to the negative terminal.

Step 7: In conclusion, When the sunlight hits the cuprous oxide layer, it causes electrons to be released. The cuprous oxide is not conductive, but the electrons are able to move through the salt water to the conductive copper plate. This plate transfers the electrons to the wires. Most importantly Don’t forget to Set your meter to read microamps. Now you can see A very small amount of current flowing through the multimeter.

By the way, Thank You very much for reading this Article. Consider sharing it with your friends if found useful. Comment what do you think about this project.

DIY Water Pump | Centrifugal | Solar Powered

It's been a long time I'm thinking about making a solar-powered water pump for my farm. I already have a 100 w solar panel, which I bought for making my off-grid system. It's the perfect time to make a solar-powered water pump. Which type of water pump I'm gonna make? I thought for a moment. Watched a few YouTube videos, referred to some blogs, and decided to make a Centrifugal pump.  How Centrifugal pumps work?  Centrifugal pumps are hydraulically operated machines characterized by their ability to transmit energy to fluids (in particular to liquids) through the work of a field of centrifugal forces. Their main purpose is to transfer fluids through an increase in pressure. Centrifugal pumps can have different structures, but their operating principle and fluid dynamic characteristics are always the same. How I Just kick Started my Off-grid Life with This Small Yet Powerful Solar Inverter System Schematically, centrifugal pumps are formed of an impeller that rotates ins...
