How to make a violin at home. In this post, I would like to guide you through all the steps I followed to make a violin. Then I’ll share with you the reason I built this, my experiences, what Kept me moving forward when I lost confidence, and some of my mistakes which you are advised to avoid, and then I will answer some frequently asked questions related to violin. Let’s get started. This blog is all about renewable energy projects. However, every once in a while I do some hobby projects. This year I got a chance to join a violin class with my friends Sanal and Aswin. And guess what, we joined an institute. Check this on Amazon https://amzn.to/3ufFjI8 When I got this chance to hold these amazing musical instruments in my hands I felt a strange inspiration to make one of them. Even though I am not good at woodworking and acoustics I decided to give it a try. But I had no idea, where do I begin. Make Concentrated Solar Thermal Power Plant Model

The Concentrated solar thermal Power plant produces electricity from the heat from the sun ‘s rays. It’s an effective source of large-scale energy production. I love to see large concentrated solar thermal power plants with thousands of mirrors called heliostats arranged In synchronized order. That’s why a few years ago I invested few days of my most valuable life to make a small model of the concentrated solar thermal power plant. So that I can easily explain the working principle much easier. These are computer-controlled mirrors that follow the movement of the sun in order to best reflect its rays towards a central point throughout the day. A solar farm can include from several hundred to several thousand heliostats which communicate with each other over wifi in order to optimize their yield. How to Make A Steam Engine | DIY Steam Engine

In this video, how I successfully completed my steam Engine Project. Watch video. Comment your opinion. A steam engine is a heat engine that performs mechanical work using steam as its working fluid. The steam engine uses the force produced by steam pressure to push a piston back and forth inside a cylinder. This pushing force is transformed, by a connecting rod and flywheel, into rotational force for work. DIY Steam Engine. DIY Steam Engine How to Make Wind Turbine Propeller Buy Components

Introduction to Airplane Aerodynamics: Simple Explanation

I was going to write an article on wind turbine aerodynamics. But Since there are a few similaties with airplane aerodynamics and we are all familiar more with airplanes I decided to write an introduction to it and then explain the aerodynamics of wind turbines in detail. So, if you are a student or simply an enthusiast who loves to learn more about wind turbines this is going to be a starter guide. Photo by Rachel Claire on Pexels.com While an airplane is in flight there are four forces acting upon it. they are Lift Weight Thrust and Drag Introduction to Airplane Aerodynamics Lift is the upward force created by the wings as air flows around them and keeps the airplane in the air. Weight is the downward force toward the center of the earth opposite lift which exists due to gravity. Next, we have thrust. This is the forward force, generally created by the aircraft’s propellers or turbine engines which pulls or pushes the aircraft through the air finally there is a drag. Drag is the...

Different Types of Wind Turbines with Examples

There are two basic types of wind turbines: Horizontal-axis turbines Vertical-axis turbines Image Source However, there are certain design variations to these two types of wind turbines. In this blog post, we are going to take a look at all the different types of them. Why Wind turbines? The wind is caused by uneven heating of the earth’s surface by the sun. Because the earth’s surface is made up of different types of land and water, it absorbs the sun’s heat at different rates. One example of this uneven heating is the daily wind cycle. During the day, the air above the land heats up faster than air over water. Warm air over the land expands and rises, and heavier, cooler air rushes in to take its place, creating wind. At night, the winds are reversed because the air cools more rapidly over land than it does over water.
